Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between VisionFlow (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to acquire a license to use the VisionFlow software.
2. Product
VisionFlow is an automation software for the game Arena Breakout Infinite. The Customer acquires a temporary license (daily, weekly or monthly) and not the software itself. The license is personal, non-transferable and bound to a single computer (HWID).
3. Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) including taxes. Payment is made online through our partner Stripe/PayPal by credit card or PayPal. The license is automatically activated after payment confirmation.
4. License and Activation
After payment, the Customer receives a license key by email and in their dashboard. The license is valid for the duration of the chosen plan from activation. Each license is bound to a single PC via HWID. An HWID reset is available from the dashboard.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
As digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, if the Customer encounters an issue within 24 hours of purchase, they may contact Discord support for a commercial refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Seller provides the software "as is". The Seller does not guarantee that the software will operate without interruption or error. The Customer uses the software at their own risk. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any sanctions related to the use of the software in the game.
7. Updates
The Seller strives to keep the software up to date. Updates are included with the active license and are applied automatically. No guarantee of perpetual compatibility is given in case of major game changes.
8. Support
Technical support is provided through the official VisionFlow Discord server. The Seller strives to respond within a reasonable time. Support is available for customers with an active license.
9. Intellectual Property
The VisionFlow software, its source code, design and trademarks are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction, modification, decompilation or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
10. Modification of Terms
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of the order.
